Where: Pjazza Tritoni, Valletta

Attractions include Rudolph’s Big Wheel, Santa’s Magical Carousel, Little Airport, ice skating, Santa’s Grotto, and mini-games—not to mention a food court serving traditional, mouthwatering food and a typical Christmas market. 2. NYE in Valletta
When: 31st of December 2022
Where: St. George’s Square, Valletta
It’s time to say goodbye to 2022 and welcome 2023! And what better way to do this than spending New Year’s Eve in Valletta? Spending this special moment in such a beautiful city is an experience you won’t forget—whether you opt for a romantic dinner in one of Valletta’s many restaurants or cafes or if you plan on attending the magical concert on the main stage in St George’s Square. Set against the Grandmaster’s Palace backdrop, local and international artists and bands come together in one huge concert, turning the Capital City into one big party—making it the ideal place to ring in the new year!
3. The Magical Illuminated Trail
When: 25th November 2022 – 7th January 2023
Where: Verdala Palace, Rabat
Following its success in the last two years, the Magical Illuminated Trail is back this year—and promises to be bigger and better than ever! The trail follows a winding path around the palace grounds and is lit with a spectacular display of lights and special effects. Explore the many attractions for this year, including the North Pole, Santa’s Toy Shop, Family of Pandas, Sea life, and many others!
This year’s event will also feature a New Christmas Village, where you can create and purchase your own personalised Christmas Bauble, candles, toys, and festive decor. There are plenty of food options, including some tasty Christmas treats!

4. Cirque du Soleil
When: 24th November 2022 – 18th December 2022
Where: Mediterranean Conference Centre, Valletta
World-renowned Cirque du Soleil is back on the island with one of their spectacular shows, Amora, a “moving, fun-filled and unforgettable celebration of the magnetic force of love, ” as they described! Featuring some of the world’s best acrobats, each performance combines the elements of theatre, dance, music, and artistry and creates a unique show that’s bound to get your heart racing! This is a truly magical experience and a sure way to make this festive season memorable, featuring magnificent light and sound effects, along with elaborate costumes and makeup.
5. Rock’n’Roll Christmas – UK’s Top Rock’ n’ Roll Show in Malta
When: 12th December 2022 – 13th December 2022
Where: Hilton Conference Centre, St. Julians
International Troupe That’ll Be The Day will be performing for the first time in Malta at the Hilton Conference Centre this December. With two concerts scheduled for the 12th and 13th of December, those attending will listen to all their favourite traditional Christmas music and popular Christmas songs combined in this classic Rock n Roll Christmas Show and hilarious comedic sketches and impersonations.
